Built in 1943 and remodeled in 2022, River Cottage is a studio for two in the most secluded corner of the grounds. A four-poster king bed and a Tantra Chair fill the room, and the enclosed lanai faces the garden. The full kitchen means you can cook a real meal. It is the unit couples ask for most for honeymoons and anniversaries.
No river view.
Three kayaks (two doubles, one single), four bikes, two paddleboards, snorkel sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, mats, umbrellas, beach toys and life jackets, first come, first served. A double kayak alone rents for $95–150 a day in Kapaa. Two gas grills in the common garden. Two free guest laundry rooms, detergent included.

Wailua Beach is one block away. The Lydgate Park lagoon is a 15-minute walk. Kayaks launch onto the Wailua River from the property.
